Meet Josh

Hi, my name is Josh and  I am just a normal, everyday, average guy who made a decision one day that changed the course of my life forever.

September 1997

I had been out of college for four months.  I graduated with a Economics degree, and had no idea what the next step was. People would tell me “you should go apply to places in the city” or they would say “go back to school and get certified to teach they have great benefits” were very common things to hear from my mentors and it scared the hell out of me.

Let me say this, I am no stranger to hard work, but everyone I knew worked in a hospital or a school.  It was almost as if everyone around me was trying to make me live like them.  So I decided to save up some money and get away for a few months.  I found myself in Costa Rica.  Me and some friends spent months traveling up and down the coast surfing, living out of tents and huts, and most important, gave me a lot of time to clear my head for the first time in my life.  I knew deep down inside that something good would eventually come my way.  I just didn’t know what it was at the time.

I had been out of college for 5 years.  I continued to pay the bills and live like everyone else around me.  But deep down I knew there was more.  Giving up isn’t in my DNA and it wasn’t an option.  I’ve always had the good fortune of KNOWING just how powerful our “intentions” and “abilities” are…so when I stumbled into network marketing I KNEW it was what I’d been waiting for.

It was on that  fateful day in May 2002.

I pulled up to my house and checked my mailbox.  There was a little yellow booklet in the mail (For some reason this booklet was different from anything else I’d ever received.  It’s funny how when the student is ready, the teacher appears.)

I KNEW this was my answer and I have held on to this booklet for almost 8 years now.  It reminds me everyday of how it started for me and how I can help other people change their lives as well.  This is what the cover said:

WORK FROM HOME WITH MAIL ORDER We Will Teach You How Step By Step!  This Is a $450 Billion Dollar Industry That Needs Your Help!  Learn How…A young family with 3 small kids earned an extra $11,389.73 in 5 months…A single mother earned $10,000 a month to support her two teenage daughters…An ex-waitress earned more than her college educated spouse in only 2 months.  CHOOSE SUCCESS!

These booklets were being sent when mail order was still a good way to create business and the internet was really in it’s infancy stages.

There were a bunch of testimonials about people making money working from home.  One person really caught my eye, they were able to profit $1600 in their first month and by their sixth month were making $5000.  This blew me away, I said to myself, man if I could make that kind of money I’D BE RICH!  I couldn’t even comprehend making $1000 per week.  That was life changing at the time.

I remember just staring at this funny yellow booklet.  I read the entire booklet word for word… and I was sold!  I bit the whole thing, hook, line, and sinker.

My first 5 years in the industry were a nightmare.  I failed miserably and experienced what it was like to work, struggle, and endure constant challenges, obstacles,and set backs, and I am SO THANKFUL.  That time of failure, and defeat, taught me more about myself than almost anything else.  The reason why is…because I NEVER stopped.

Even amidst what seemed like a ‘hopeless’ situation…I just NEVER stopped.  I never stopped KNOWING that I could do it.  I never stopped seeking solutions.  I never stopped writing down my goals.  I never stopped taking the correct action steps to make it happen.  I never stopped my unquenchable thirst for freedom. No Matter What I was going to make it work.

I accepted everything that was happening to me even in the face of INSECURITY.  I didn’t turn away and run off to hide.  And if you do that your own Inner Strength will take you to some amazing places physically and emotionally.  All you have to do is look within and FIND IT.

While I hadn’t made a single dime in profit in that 5 year period, what I had done was laid the groundwork for what was about to happen.

For 5 straight years I had embraced personal development.  I learned from every self made millionaire that I could.  I got on all the calls and went to all the trainings.  I traveled around the country with money I did not have to learn more from these successful people.

And I was starting to learn how to attract things into my life.

And then it happened.

The leaders and mentors I had been seeking for walked into my life and it was GAME OVER.  They taught me how they were generating hundreds of leads per week online…how they were building their MLM empires effortlessly.  A lot can happen in this industry if you stay the course.  And when it does, the flood gates will open.

As I devoted myself to this task of entreprenuership, Multi-Million dollar companies have been created right in front of my face . We are creating some of the largest downlines in some of the fastest time periods ever.

I have created an infrastructure that continues to pump out leads, cash flow, and never ending income… And the funny thing is… I just never had a doubt.  I now look back and realize that the pain of living pay check to pay check and just making a living was a terrible way of life.  It was not the life I wanted  for myself or for my family.

My mentors would constantly remind me “for things to change, YOU must change.”  Remember, in the beginning, you don’t need confidence, skill, or anything you may think you lack.  All you need are three things: a dream to have a better quality of life, a willingness to be teachable and to be able to put in a few hours of work.  If you follow this advice exactly, you will have a lifestyle that most people only dream about.
